Rod & Brandon were great. We needed an expedited pickup at my mother-in-law's assisted living facility and they came through. Within 90 minutes of my initial request and confirming phone calls, they showed up, moved everything, made the delivery and notified me that everything was accomplished as requested. I was able to book an appointment online for that very day. I was called and informed they were on the way. Mike and Rod arrived within 30 minutes. Both Mike and Rod were extremely friendly and helpful. Mike informed me of the pricing guide and told me approximately how much it would be based on the amount of “junk” I had. I agreed to the estimate and they began loading items right away. They loaded the truck in a timely manner and were able to take all the items I wanted them to take. They were kind throughout the process and had respect for me and my property (they even swept up afterwards!). Thank you so much to 1-800-Got Junk and to Mike and Rod for a job well done!

Mike & Rick were so helpful today. Somehow I was removed from the schedule & they made the calls to find out why & then came directly to my home. The mattress removal was as easy as could be. Mike & Rick were both very courteous & polite. It was the best experience & I’d definitely use them again. Easy breezy!

Rod and Eddie are super courteous guys. They loaded up our old mattresses super fast and asked if we were aware on the special pricing they had going on at the moment. This is our second time using the service and we'll probably use them again once we accumulate more junk.
