Best of all it is a family owned business. You deal direct with the family. We won't go anywhere else but them when we need to get rid of stuff!

Reasonably priced and everything went smoothly! I was referred to Dave by 2 different people. I called during a holiday week and he still accommodated by coming within a couple days. We asked for an hour to fill and have it hauled away right away and he agreed. Great experience! Highly recommended!

BEWARE of additional charges/fees & customer service

They had great prices online, and we requested a quote for a 10 yard dumpster. We thought $325 was a great price, so we booked a weekend rental. When I spoke to the gentleman over the phone to place the order, he said they did not have any 10 yards available, so they would send a slightly larger one. He asked what my quote was for the 10-yard, and he said, "Well, ok, I guess I can do that". (Honor our quoted pricing since he did not have the size in stock we needed for that weekend.)

After they picked it up on Monday, this company decided to run an additional $50 charge WITHOUT speaking to me first or getting approval. I contacted them to see why I was unaware of any additional charges or why they did not contact me prior. The guy on the line started raising his voice immediately and began yelling at me before I could get out two more words. He told me it was because he gave us a 15-yard dumpster, and we filled it up. The issue was discussed when I placed the order and he told me he would honor the $325 quote, and nothing was mentioned about an extra $50. He was SO RUDE and told me, "It's only $50; are you going to make a big deal about that" (Huffing and puffing, NOT letting me get a SINGLE word in to explain, mind you). "If it is that big of a deal, I will just refund you the $50".

Update: They did refund the additional charge after hanging up.

Now.... For me, it was not about an extra $50; I was trying to ask and get to the bottom of why they decided to charge ANY extra fees without contacting me first. I was appalled at how I was treated and spoken to, and I will not use them again. This was no way to treat customers or any person for that matter, in my opinion.

We have been using this company for years and they have always been cheapest around for what you get. You say drop it they drop it! You say pick it up and they pick it up. They also seem to answer the phones at times I would expect to have to leave a message. Highly highly recommend
