This is the most ghetto broken up laundry mat I have ever seen. Used to be good , but now they lock the bathroom after 5pm. About half the machines have been broken for MONTHS. I also found out they charge extra for hot water, which would be fine if they actually had hot water. It doesn't work either. I may have to switch laundry mats at this point bc it has become a hassle to fight for available washers and dryers. DO BETTER OWNERS. Y'all are in our nice town of Callahan. This business looks like the Dunn Ave area of Jacksonville. This is DEFINITELY the last time I come here. I'm done. Not that anyone cares

I have unfortunately had to utilize their services bc my washer quit. I find their prices a little high, never an attendant there in the afternoon, and even though they have a sign that says the restrooms are for customers, they lock them. You literally can't use the restroom after 5pm. Most of the machines literally have mold all in them.

Place is clean and a lot of machines, but the card system isn't for me. They should have a way of putting debit/CC in at machine. I don't want to leave cash on a card I can only use here. At least have a few machines that take coins

There isn't a cleaner, better run Laundromat in the Southeast. Jennifer manages and provides wash and fold services as well. My wife and I fulltime RV and her RA can be a bear, so I started bringing ALL our laundry every 20-24 days. Very fairly priced. Jennifer is fantastic and we are happy as 2 Callahan pigs at the county fair.

Laundry machines always good. Bring detergent, etc... they rarely have it. It does the job.
Pouring outside. Ask the lady attending to use the restroom. She said, I'm off, sorry. Wouldn't give me a key and said "Winn Dixie. No one else has a problem walking."
I did. I also informed the Winn Dixie manager of her directing me there.

We have been on a Boondocking adventure with our family for the last 77 days and we either use this one or the one on the Fernendina Beach Island because the parking lots are big enough for us to pull in... the lady working here is rude and not friendly at all, she has the restroom closed all the time and tells everyone to use the Winn Dixie (saying it's out of order). The lint traps are horrible, so we cleaned it real quick and she tried to scold us like school kids, it was 4 p.m. and the dryer lint traps are full... do your job and clean... instead of standing outside smoking your cigarette with a lady on a motorcycle for 30 minutes. Just sayin... tired of horrible service and spending $20 every 5 to 7 days... she never even says hello to us, is it our TRUMP shirts or my black husband helping me with the laundry or our special needs son in a wheelchair. She says... Hello to the people around us!

Whoever works Friday and Saturday afternoon is to busy talking on the phone to do anything. I couldn't find her to use the bathroom. It was locked. So of course I had to go to Winn-Dixie. I normally don't like to complain but costumer service is lacking pretty bad. Normally the have friendly staff but I can't say this one is.

They need more laundry buggies. They only have 5 buggies and one is used by attendant. Some people wants to hog two buggies at a time. Also they need a total cleaning of the store. They w sweep and mop the floor , but never clean the tops of the washing machine.
