My cousins place flooded after the sump pump died… the funeral was held in the Home Depot parking lot. The crew showed up on mass. Cleaned up the water, that was left. Dried out my cousins palace. Very professional. Fun crew to be around too. Happy to leave them a great review. They did a great job…

Vadim gave us a very fair quote the same day. The remediation team was able to come the following day.
The communication was excellent.

We had some water in a garden unit rental after heavy rain. They came out right away, assessed the situation and unfortunately found mold. They got started a few days later, cleaned it up and remediated. Gave us a great price and stuck to the quote. They were very responsive, upfront, and honest. Very much appreciate it and will definitely be recommending them!

My toilet clogged last night and my local cleaners refused to clean up the mess. Pat and his team went out this morning and cleaned up the bathroom in less than 15 minutes. Best part is he didn’t even charge me because it was so easy! My company deals with this all over the country and I never once had a vendor not charge me. What a great guy! I’ll be sure to hire his company again.

Pat, Tony, and the whole team, were hands down angels that came to save the day after hurricane Milton. I called late in the evening and the next morning Pat and gang were there to pick up my yard while providing me a quote. I was definitely skeptical at first - as I got quotes from five companies- but boy am I happy I found this amazing team who not only got the job done but were wonderful humans to work with. They understand the concern and worry so many have when emergencies happen in their home and are there to reassure, assess, and to get to work. His prices are fair and he always answers his phone. I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you’re in question, go with it and go with them.

Hands down this is one of the best companies I've ever worked with. I've worked with thousands of contractors and companies in residential and commercial. Pat was one of the nicest, honest and most sincere guys I've met. It was a pleasure doing business with 2nd chance water restoration. I would recommend this company over any other for the simple fact we were getting fished by other companies because our house wasn't that bad and Helene and Milton hit back to back in Florida. I felt like we didn't have much damage maybe 5k-10k worth so we were forgot about and never called back by any big company. Pat showed up and saved the day with a smile and confidence. He was very knowledgeable and what he charged us was so much lower than I thought because he's honest and wasn't trying to scam me. Pat and his crew did an awesome job and were very polite and respectful to my property. I already gave them a referral and they also helped my friend out within 12 hrs of calling. We cannot say enough positive things about 2nd Chance Water Restoration. They were responsive from the very beginning of our flood and moved quickly to save as much as they could. Brian is amazing, communicative, and helpful in making sure the crew got to us regularly and answered any questions that we had. Vadim and Russ helped with the rebuild and they were incredible - knowledgeable, skilled, communicative, willing to fix anything that was brought up as an issue, and were so friendly. They transformed our damage into an even better home than when we started. They consistently showed up for our flood mitigation and they we loved their work/professionalism so much we used them for the rebuild/restoration too. It was so helpful having one crew who could take everything apart and put it back together again. 2nd Chance is a hard working crew who does quality work and I would recommend them to anyone with a water issue! They are fantastic and we are so appreciative of them. 10/10!

I feel like I'm just adding to what everyone else said, but from start to finish this company was great. The people I needed to communicate with were friendly, clear, and responsive; it also was well organized, so I had a few touch-point people I know by name. They were flexible and helpful, as well as fast, respectful, and did quality work. Shout outs to Patrick, Brian, and David in particular, but an all-around friendly and high-quality company. 🙂
