Darry Evans and the team from 3MG roofing were very professional. I appreciate Mr Evans constant communication with me in every step. His crew were very neat and tidy especially at the end ensuring all nails and debris was removed from the yard and surroundings. They even covered my flowers/bushes during the process. THE BEST HOME PROJECT EXPERIENCE EVER! I had a shingle roof with solar panels recently installed. I wish I could give 10 Stars!! Quality materials and professional installers (and cleaned up after themselves—the premises were immaculate. Two days later, I get an alert on my camera and the gentleman who oversaw the install, was doing a sweep to make sure they left nothing behind —including nails). Frankly, there is really nothing sexy about getting your roof done, but we all need a good one, especially living in the Suncoast area. From the first call to schedule an evaluation and estimate—to the completion of the project, every member of the team was professional, communicated extremely well and went into detail about material options. Once hired, they communicated with me and my insurance company and made sure everyone was on the same page at every step of the process. The team was amazing!!!! Good people are the backbone of any great company and the quality of service provided. I can’t say enough about Michael W., my project coordinator. He was always accessible, informed and readily answered my many questions—- he did so while never making me feel inadequate or silly! He made the process seamless. He went above and beyond—Truly! Then there’s Chase… He made sure I was aware of the various stages of the process and made sure to confirm any time sensitive matters. Leo, who I “caught on camera” after the install, diligently did a sweep of the premises to ensure there were no signs of debris or materials— So kind of him!!! My car, pets and kid are indebted to you! Lastly, the project manager Brent was just amazing. He remained accessible though out the process and always contacted me with any updates. The communication on my project was essential, as we went through 3 hurricanes between their selection as a contractor and the install. It could have been disastrous. 3MG found a way to make the install amazing…. Installing a roof with solar panels may be sexy after all! Hire 3MG, you won’t regret it!!!

We signed on with 3MG after Hurricane Milton caused damage to our home, requiring a full roof replacement as well as additional exterior and interior repairs. Our project manager was Sergio Salcido, and thanks to him the entire process was hassle free. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with our insurance company, making it a smooth experience for us. We hardly had to do anything except file the initial claim. Our inquiries were always addressed quickly, we were kept informed of what to expect throughout the entire time, and Sergio did a great job following up on any concerns we had. We were very satisfied with all the work done and the quality of materials used, both by 3MG and their subcontractors. There were a few minor delays here and there, but nothing that caused us any inconvenience. All in all, an honest and professional company to deal with and would highly recommend based on our experience.
