I have had a awesome experience with the front desk staff. Danielle is a sweet heart always helpful and super pleasant. Tiffany is a really good help and always alert to what's happening in the building. Eddie is always a pleasure to pass as I leave out to work. Jarita is always a pleasure and full of conversation just a joy to see.

Tiffany and Jarita at the front desk are so warm and friendly. I feel a sense of community when they greet me. Our neighbors and the residents here maintain a quiet peaceful environment. The overnight front desk person Eddie gave me confidence that only people that should have access to our building were granted that access. I also appreciate the attention to detail and cleanliness of the common areas. Alfonso from maintenence is personable and professional. I really enjoy living here.

Today I received excellent service from Albert. My service request was received in the morning. It is only 10:05 AM and my plumbing issue is fixed. I am treated like a valued resident at 5252 Apartments. I really like it here!

Returned from Thanksgiving to find that our heat wasn’t working properly. Put in maintenance request, which was answered promptly. Markail handled the emergency request, since it was the weekend. We were very pleased with his efforts - he was very friendly and efficient and fixed the problem! Thanks Markail and the team at 5252!

I have lived at 5252 since August 2019 and I moved out recently due to my job relocation. I was the second resident to move into the apartment and I can tell you that my time at 5252 has been absolutely fantastic!!! It has great amenities including a nice gym, pool, and sky lounge, but most importantly, the staff at 5252 are AMAZING. Dan is a great manager and he always makes sure the property is safe and clean. Kelvin and Ricardo address all maintenance issues at your unit in a prompt and professional manner and Jackie always welcomes you with a big smile at the front desk 🙂 I will truly miss this apartment and the nice/friendly staff of 5252. 5252 gave me the best experience possible in Chicago and I have no doubt current residents & future residents will have a similar experience there as well.
