Need to be cleaned daily ... I really wish they were put someone in the customer service station what's the point of having an office or window for help if no one is going to work there to actually help someone should be there giving directions and helping people out A lot of people come by lost I guess because of internet everyone thinks people have phones and know how to use them probably with people really don't A lot of people could really benefit from someone sitting in the office at the station and all stations for that matter give people jobs something to do it'll be very fulfilling to help someone get directions on the place to go especially if they are foreigner

Trains will sometimes arrive at the wrong platform and the conductor doesn't always wait for people to come over from the correct platform

This stop is so convenient. There is the Museum, UOC, and Jackson Park for examples! There are so many routes surrounding the station like the 55 where you can take this route to Midway when you get off the train! If you don't want to take the train to work in Downtown Chicago, you can take 2 or 6 as examples sometimes 28.

Usually dirty, but common for train stops like this. Has multiple access places. Long platform, lots of free space
