It has been a great finding this apartment rental place.
Blanca is excellent and has made it so much easier by being very professional and knowledgeable and always available to answer and help whenever I need it.
Everyone makes you feel welcome and work together to assist you.

Hands down best experience l have had. First time apartment shopping didn’t know nothing and this was a great experience that staff was so kind and helpful . Korey helped me find my new home. Walking me through the process. He was very kind and professional gave me the best advice. He took time to listen to what I would like in my new place and took that into account when showing me which apartment was best for me.

I enjoyed living here. Lots of green space. Very safe. Grounds keeping is very good and maintenance is very responsive. Apartments are spacious and comfortable with good storage. Good views of lake if you live on that side. One of the quieter and more peaceful places to live. Good value for the money despite recent rent increases.

I had the pleasure of taking a tour of a one bedroom with Korey and it was very spacious. The apartments had a water view that was a amazing. He was kind enough to walk me through the individual amenities. Korey was very knowledgeable of the property, comfortable to have a conversation with, and provided comfort with his assistance with the apartment process.

I’ve been looking for a new home with my fiancé and we currently stumbled across Lakeside. We have been looking at it for a couple of months and we even went in to speak with one of the representatives which was Korey. He was absolutely amazing and everything we asked for he was very patient with us and answered any questions that we needed and he had a very good response. Time as well. We absolutely love the location and couldn’t call A better place home

Great place to live. The grounds always look good. I had an issue with my a/c recently and Emilio the maintenance guy came in and cleaned the unit inside, it took him an hour to do the job.I've lived in a number of other apartments and no one had ever done that. Most other places the maintenance guys are not as thorough and are in and out in five minutes only to be back for the same issue a couple of days latter.

I went to see the apartments since I am lookingfor a 1 bedroom. I really liked the complex. It looked clean and organized. The Leasing Representative Blanca was awesome. She showed me around, explained everything to me very thoroughly, was very professional. I hope I will make this my home.
