Used the company website to see if an item was in stock at this store. Site said it was. Couldn’t find the aisle and it took 10 minutes (!) to find an employee and get help. Was eventually directed to the correct aisle, but there were two giant stacks of boxes blocking the shelf. This was on a busy Saturday morning, so I would’ve expected the stocking of boxes to be done at a different time, and also for there to be more employees available at the store. When I finally got behind the boxes, the item wasn’t even in stock. So the drive and the time spent at the store were all wasted.

The store is cramped and crowded and yet there's a lack of labels, organization, and the back aisle was full of unshelved merchandise. The staff was friendly and I found what I needed but I'm pretty sure they're understaffed and overwhelmed just by what I saw. Selection isn't terrible, but if you can't find something it's probably because they haven't been able to unpack everything

Some staff were nice and helpful, while others were not so friendly and gave wrong directions when I asked for help finding something. The second star was mainly for the friendly staff, but this place is only going to get two stars because they did not have the item I was looking for in the store even though the website said it did. I completely wasted a bunch of time driving all the way there only to come back empty-handed. Long story short, the product you’re looking for may not be stocked in-store even though the website says it is available.

We were looking for an unusual item that the website said was in stock. An employee asked to see it on the website, looked it up, and found it for us. He was very helpful.

The store was obviously short of employees. Probably not just on this shift. But everyone we saw was friendly.

I enjoy going go this JoAnn's location - it is huge and clean. The workers are very friendly and I can easily find one when I need help. They have a huge selection of fabric. I found Harry Potter, Batman, Avengers, and Star Wars Knit fabric.

Great experience! There’s tons of people in the store willing to help you and give advice with what fabrics to use when you have a specific design in mind. Cutting fabrics and checking out was relatively fast as well.

Would recommend - definitely the best place to go when looking for fabrics and thread!
