Apple online Sydney has Stolen $3500 from my account and apple don't care, wont do anything
they used a stolen card, with no checking.
I don't own anything Apple and never have. Looking at the transactions it is clearly fraud the way it was done.
I don't use this card online
I reported it to apple within 48hrs of the transaction, got a case number, and was told this is happening a lot, there should be no problem getting a refund.
Yet Apple rejected the claim within 24 hrs, I had to ring them to find out, as they didn't even have the decency to email us.
They would not give a reason, just the case was closed. Bad luck, Kim the manager told me she had no manager in Apple higher than her - LIAR
I then contacted Apple Sydney who were nice, but they advised as it was done online, and they couldn't help.
Its in the hands of the banks, who advised it is clearly fraud. I will contact any other government dept. who will pursue Apple for the fraudulent behaviour.
Shame on you Apple

Apple innovations used to be about having everything in one place and making life simpler. Nowadays, everything is buy it separate and more complex.

Please don’t make us force update. We don’t want updates. It makes computer slow. I have 2 apple computers that I can’t use anymore because it forcefully updated. I can’t reverse that update either.

My apple computer works like new without updates. I dont want updates or new apps.

What happened to innovation?
What happened to great ideas? ?

Long time user. Disappointed by how the UX seems to be dropping in quality by the minute. It's a shame because I always supported the Apple products over Android, but now I'm definitely going to be trying to switch to Android as soon as I can so that I don't have to worry about my money and time being wasted anymore.

Fell prey to publicity and hype Apple created and I preordered the new iPhone 16 Pro. Was falsely advertised and I was misled to believe this was the fastest way to get the new phone. I foolishly did exactly what they said, preordered at 5am and excitedly waited for delivery on the advertised date. Well, silly of me to believe they would hold on to their commitment and promise to the customer. 24 hours and counting since the week long wait, no phone, no delivery time line, no clue where the package is and oh no one in Apple support can help! Over 3 hours on phone and chat spent to know I’m Sh!t Out of Luck. Basically, I’ve been told shut the F up and wait…wait for either delivery whenever that may be at this point, wait for a refund between 7 to 10 days or wait for a miracle since their delivery service has no idea where the package is. Unreal, unbelievable and unacceptable. Oh, and customer service….wow! An automated prompt service from 1980s. This is a tech firm? How’s this even possible in 2024?

Apple, the biggest scam on planet earth.

First they “update” your phones with abnormally large updates ranging from 6-8 GB. Purposely bloating your phone so it loses storage capacity in hopes you buy additional storage from them.

Apple has already been busted for downgrading phones to entice consumers to purchase there latest and greatest scam.

Difference between iPhone 13 and iPhone 14? Roughly 27 minutes of battery power if that For a whopping $1400 CAD.

There computers are paper weights, phones are restricted to a market that they control, they track, listen and store your data so they can sell it as “marketing research”.

Can’t provide answers to straightforward questions about their products. Terrible customer service about same issue over a period of months. They used to be so much better. Now they’re resting on their laurels and living off a reputation made when Steve Jobs was in charge.

Old lady with the saggy you know what, is extremely disrespectful and doesn’t know how to handle customers, probably reason you have so many bad reviews, I remember when Steve Jobs was Alive your company was golden, now that Tim Cook is in charged the company is completely trash including the customer service at your own corporate.
