My experience with the team at WEEE is extremely positive. My company has been using their services and platform for waste electronic equipment declaration for many years, and we also got dedicated support for contracts, setup, new products, compliances, and for punctuality of sending data. Their (recently improved) platform is very user friendly and does the job for me with a simple click, it's very fast. I certainly recommend WEEE Europe, they are very professional!

Very unprofessional, they are responsive before signing the contract, but after you sign the contract they don't reply on time and they will only try to cheat you of your money.

They asked us what products we want them to assess for WEEE compliance and they didn't wait for our reply, but they rather chose some products from our website that were easy for them to assess, even though we didn't even intend to sell that products in the countries for which they carried on the assessment.

Then they say the service is fulfilled according to the contract, they issue the invoice and they won't reply anymore about it or about the unfair billing issue.

Then after a while they will go to court for recovering the debt that was incurred from that contract that they executed in bad faith. And there's a catch, the contract falls under the jurisdiction of German courts, so if you don't speak German, you'll have a hard time fighting the abusive charges in court.
