Jorge from Bland was very professional and kind. He showed me the actual parts he recommended replacing, and why. He gave me a thorough report of what he did and the results. In Bakersfield heat, I definitely want my AC to be in good shape! I expect my AC will function at top efficiency after Jorge’s maintenance, cleaning, and repair!.

Was recommended by our home inspector Chris Clark, and I’m so glad we did. They were very responsive, easy to get a hold of and scheduled in a timely manner. I have had a great experience using Bland A/C! Doug sent Robert out the same day I called for our estimate. Robert was very detailed in his explanation of everything that would be involved in changing our 4 units. Price was very reasonable and they were able to start our project within a week of us approving it. I would definitely recommend Bland and would I would definitely use them again. I called expecting to have to wait a few days to get service for my A/C but Bland had same day service and fixed my unit very quickly. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I use them for my AC servicing and air ducts cleaning. Bland has always done a great job with excellent customer service as well as explaining to me the situations and what happened. I've had Juan Flores service my AC and he's done a excellent job as well as bring honest and not trying to upsell me.

I called Bland earlier this afternoon around 5:15pm after my air conditioning conked out and my house was hotter than I would like. They had a same day appointment between 6:00-9:00. Jorge arrived right at 6:00. He was very knowledgeable about my ancient AC unit and very honest throughout the whole appointment. He knew instantly what the problem was, was able to replace one item and voila! He waited around to make sure everything was good in the inside. He even answered all of our inquiries about getting a new system, air duct repair, etc. very happy with our entire service today, especially when calling on a Sunday afternoon (without charging an outrageous emergency fee!). Thank you again, we appreciate it.

Bland Company. The honest company. If I was able to give this rating a 6th star I would. From the Moment my wife and I met Doug, we knew it was a great company. Doug went above and beyond for my family and I am grateful. We no longer have that disgusting swamp cooler and now have super cool AC running through our home and it feels great! I have decided to choose Bland for future projects to my home. Plumbing, Solar, and anything else they offer. There were 2 mistakes after installation, but I called them and they had someone at my house within that same hour. There will always be mistakes, small or big but what matters is how a company responds to and fixes those mistakes. Thank you Bland Company and especially to the technicians, Robert, Sterling, Alejandro, and Juan for the hard work.

Jorge Rincon was prompt, polite & professional. He listened to my concerns & took the time to explain each step of the service he was performing on our HVAC systems. Annie, from the Bland office, was great too. We could not be more satisfied with the service provided by the Bland Company during this visit. They were perfect.
