Great service by a great team! Our heat pump was 22 yrs. old when it failed. Brian came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. Insurance ended up getting us a new unit and when it came in the team worked quickly to get us an install date. Brian, Ryan, and Thomas CAME OUT ON TIME and the installation took only about 1/2 day, even without the crane. Very personable and professional. My wife felt extremely comfortable with the crew and the whole process. Getting to know them was a pleasure as well. The installation looks great, and the unit works perfectly! I will use them in future issues and highly recommend you go with this company. Kyle

My home warranty (Fidelity) sent Energy Experts out to fix my heater. Fidelity had initially selected a different company, but the reviews of the first company were terrible. After going through a few options, I opted for Energy Experts.

I'm happy I did. Brian was able to solve the issue. It took a little time for Fidelity to approve the repair but once they did Brian was prompt to come back out. Hopefully my heater stays working through the winter after this repair, but so far so good after initial testing. Thanks Brian!

First and foremost for me is their honesty I was told by an other heating company that I needed a new heater. Quoted $6000 Energy Experts repaired it for $600
They on time for both visits, quick with the repair and courteous.

Our AC was acting up 2 nights ago so I opened an order with our home warranty. We were lucky that they assigned the job to Energy Experts. I gave him a call and he was able to come out the same day. Thomas showed up a few hours later and was beyond professional and so knowledgeable. With home warranties you sometimes don't get a good company but Energy Experts were are on it. He had the problem diagnosed and sent over the information to the home warranty. We are able to use our AC while he waits for the part to come in. We couldn't have been happier with Thomas and thankful he was able to get out to us the same day. This company should have 10 stars!! They saved us! Thank you so much for your fast response. You all are seriously the BEST Company out there.
