While grading our site for a 100% Affordable Housing multi-family development in Los Angeles, we encountered a Underground storage tank. All work on site was halted until we resolve this issue. We contacted Andersen Integrated Services who immediately responded and met us on site. The team at Andersen immediately put together a work plan for the UST removal and submitted to the Los Angeles Fire Department. The Andersen Environmental team worked diligently to get LAFD approval, upon which time they immediately performed the UST excavation, removal, soil remediation and submitted their report for the No Further Action letter (NFA Letter).

Andersen’s quick response, competence, and professionalism was critical to resuming the project with minimal time lost. I might add that Andersen was competitively priced, and brought the project in on time and within budget.

I recently used the Andersen team for a multifamily development site I was acquiring. The site sits between an auto repair facility and gas station. The phase I environmental report indicated that both the auto repair and gas station may have contaminated our property. Andersen on short notice was able to perform a Phase II environmental site assessment with soil vapor testing. The Andersen environmental team was easy to work with and extremely responsive.
