The two men who came were very professional and knowledgeable. They did an assessment of what needed to be removed and any cleaning, provided a quote on the spot. After I authorized the work, they completed the job in less than a hour and were taking the contaminated material to a biohazard disposal site.

If I could give Victor and 911 Bio Clean 100 stars that still wouldn’t be sufficient in rating how incredible this company and staff are. My husband and I were recently presented with a profoundly shocking and dire hoarding situation with some elderly family members that left us shaken and overwhelmed. We were tasked with resolving this situation and knew we couldn’t even begin to tackle this ourselves. This was not a standard house keeping or cleaning that was needed, but a biohazard requiring next level professionals, decontamination, declutterring and disinfection. We found 911 Bioclean when researching companies online, and Victor responded to our urgency by taking time away from a family commitment to evaluate the home. He gave us an honest assessment and a fair quote. A big plus was that they offer financing, without which we would not have been able to take on this unexpected expense. We were working on a timeline and he made it happen as quickly as he could, which was more than I’d hoped for. 911 Bio clean is a family business. So organized, professional and efficient but also the nicest, hardest working people you’d ever want to meet. They were truly compassionate, supportive and sensitive to the emotional component of a situation like this. They worked nonstop and truly performed a miracle in transforming this home.
