It sucks that the lack of customer service is what is causing so many negative reviews. I have had so many delivery issues with the drivers and the company never confirming my order leaving it just sitting there for hours at a time sometimes. It is really terrible customer service. No one wants to support a business that only cares about the security of receiving money. It works both ways and your workers need to start understanding that if your company wants to get better reviews. Putting more care into your work ethic goes a long way…. Today I placed an order at 8:38 am and heard nothing from anyone I have been trying to call and their phone is going straight to voicemail. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from you guys again. It is too much of an inconvenience when there are so many other dispensaries that are faster and give much better customer service. They actually care about their customer and not just the customers money.

I PRE PAID for my delivery order. The driver called and was very rude in saying that I’d have to come out to pick up my order. If I wanted to go outside, I wouldn’t have paid for delivery, but sure!! I go out to his car and he proceeds to ask me questions like if I had cash and again, I told him the $100+ order was already paid for. He then asks me six times WHAT TIME I paid for the order. I have to go through emails to see what time the transaction went through. He then asks my name… like, dude, you drove to MY address, called MY phone number, AND I just provided the transaction info that I shouldn’t have to. Get your act together. It seems super sketchy that he was asking me for cash after I had already paid for the order and frankly, ordering delivery isn’t worth it if the drivers are going to be rude, not come to your door, AND try to scam you out of cash. Hands down the worst experience I’ve EVER had purchasing cannabis.

I normally order from here and I really like them, but as another review states they're really slow. Today for example i ordered something over 3 hours ago, no confirmation, no driver assigned. I tried calling them several time, the voicemail box isn't set up. I tried emailing them. No response. It doesn't appear that they're closed, so I don't quite understand why the wait is ×3 slower than what I am used to.
Edit: after calling and texting for the 4th time, they finally pick up and them that the error was still caused by weedmaps. Didn't apologize or offer anything and it will still take an hour before they arrive. After almost 4 hours of waiting my order isn't even being expedited. I'm super disappointed, and probably won't be ordering from them again.

Terrible company, I had multiple unfortunate run-ins with this company. The first one was through text messaging, I replied to a text message from Green Lion stating that I did not receive my recommendation discount due to my being disabled. They discontinued replying to me.
however, the reason I chose to write the review today was due to the second encounter I had with them. I ordered, and waited a couple hours, then I received a phone call from Green Lion stating my delivery driver was outside. Usually, I receive a call or a text message before they are even on their way to finalize payment. I did not receive a text message or a call. They just called me when the driver was outside.
I told them that I was paying with debit and will I receive a link to pay, they said yes with pay tender and we hung up. I tried to pay through pay tender, but they kept sending the verification code to a different number, an old number.
I relayed to them that I do not have access to that phone number please send a verification code to my correct current number, which I provided. They replied by saying they have been sending it all along to the correct number. This continued, I ended up letting the driver leave off so that I will have more time to download the Venmo app to pay. This is another option they gave me later on. I spoke to a woman who ended up hanging up on me after I told her that they were sending the verification code to a different number.
After paying through Venmo I tried calling back to see when I will receive my order, they told me that a new driver will be coming to deliver my order. That driver never arrived and when I reached back out they told me that they were going to cancel my order and to request a refund. I said I am awaiting my order please come as soon as possible.
They ended up canceling my order through Weedmaps without my consent. The woman hung up on me again after I told her I did not cancel my order. I told them I will be seeking legal aid. I am disabled and I had to indure discrimination and unprofessionalism. I had to stand on my feet for a long period of time to try and obtain my order from the driver, and I have trouble walking, 2 weeks ago I could not walk at all, but I had to stand on my feet and make phone calls and try to make this payment electronically and was hung up on. I never received my order.

Ignore the bad, entitled reviews. I can't believe how many people complain about the opportunity to have weed DELIVERED right to them with no effort on their part, while they sit at home. The delivery might be a bit of a wait sometimes but if you can't handle that-- get off your butt and get it yourself.
I'd just plan for a bit of a wait and order in advance. The people who work there are super nice, will take the time to explain things to you and the process is really easy and simple to go through. I LOVE THIS PLACE and thank you guys so much for making weed accessible for those who need it.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible delivery service. Quoted 30-60 minutes on two of my deliveries now and it took over 3 hours. I used Weed Maps to purchase and have contacted them as well due to the unprofessionalism and false advertising. Don’t expect good product either. Weed tastes like hay. Save your money and time and do not use this service!

Ok, lemme share my awesome Customer Service experience. My husband and I made an order through Weedmaps, a product wasn’t what we expected, the Lovely MJ handled the item exchange like a boss! She was very quick to solve the issue to our satisfaction. She was very attentive, and thorough in her resolution of the issue. This is why my husband and I return to Green Lion every time ?❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank You again MJ! ?

Hands down the best price in town and no minimum cost for delivery. A little slow on delivery but always delivers the order and most staffs are polite. If you are patient, this is the one to go for.
