This review is for the 100 watt mega slim panels. I got these so I could fit them next to the fan and maximize the space on the roof of my van. Picture shows one panel. I now have four of them and the quality is outstanding. Rich solar customer service is excellent. I called with some questions about the dimensions and what would be compatible with my system. They were extremely helpful and I am forever grateful for the time they took to go through everything with me.

I purchased my first 200 watt solar panel and had it shipped to me. I installed it on top of my van, hooked it up to my power station and it was consistent in generating power from the sun. I hit the road and drove across county in June and the 200 watt 24 v. Panel kept my 12 volt lights, fridge, fans and water pump powered. I decided to add another 200 watt panel to the system so I made the pilgrimage to Rich Solar in Ontario California . Billy was fantastic to say the least, He greated me with a cup of coffee and a Rich Solar T Shirt! Billy gave me a tour of the warehouse, after which I purchased my 2nd panel . Once I installed it I headed up to Yosemite and the north Pacific for a few weeks, the addition of the second panel was amazing! My power station has never dropped below 70 percent even on cloudy days. Rich Solar panels are top shelf and will keep you charged up even in the north Pacific. I refuse to do any business with a company that now asks for a photo ID and other personal information to make a purchase! Too many are using this information against you and selling to to give IDs to all the clones being made! Satan's army. Yes wake up people! Sadly most took the strong delusion God sent because they refuse to believe the truth and so be dammed to hell.

Update...the company did reach out to send a free solar pannel. I believe they realized they made a big mistake. We all make mistakes and I forgive them. Why I'm giving them a 4 star. Hopefully a learning experience happened here.

My inverter made a high pitch whine as soon as it was installed. within two weeks of use it stopped working correctly. The help request I submitted went stagnant, after the fifth day of no human response I had to email them again, finally someone responded.

They confirmed my inverter was not working correctly, I was expected to ship it back at my expense. Quotes to send it approached $200. I would not recommend Rich Solar to anyone. I feel misled, and expected better customer service after being sent a faulty product.

Just had the best experience from Billy Clarke (No, we are not related!), one of the customer service representatives that I have worked with. I had a prior order that had been backed order for some time. I called tonight to check on the order and Billy promptly provided a different option that was available, and he quickly switch out my original order for a new one. This was an awesome experience! Hopefully Billy was one of the customer service representatives that got a Christmas bonus this year. He deserves it, I am a very happy customer now and will continue to do business with Rich Solar. Thanks again~!

Absolute amazing customer service! I came in to replace some old panels I had on my camper and Billy helped me out and got me in and out in a few mins and totally took care of me and answered all my questions. Will be using them from now on for all my solar needs.

I bought 4 flexible panels and (2)100 Ah batteries. I drove a long distance, but I arrived on a Friday past closing. I saw 2 men carrying something out and I asked if they were open and they said YES! I was so happy bc I would have had to wait until Monday to get my supplies. They were so helpful and carried out my things. Customer service is top notch. My panels are working great as I have had time to use them since July. I haven't had a chance to really use the batteries, but they seem to be great too.

After researching a solar upgrade for my RV, I decided to go with Rich Solar and let me tell you it was the best decision I could have made. Not only did Rich Solar offer a great product but the customer service was phenomenal. Billy went above and beyond to build my system and even applied discounts I did not know I qualified for. Andy the owner was there to offer his assistance as well. These guys are GREAT and Very KNOWLEDGEABLE, if you are in the market for Solar you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not check this Company out.
