Recently, this is my 3rd time taking this course. I always have a great experience & never had an issue receiving my e-card right after (less than 24hrs). First 2 classes I had Chuck & most recently I had Jonathon. Both are very informative & straight to the point. They don't waste any time & ensure you know what you're doing. The hands-on practice is perfect. When you arrive at the facility, especially towards the evening, it could seem a bit quiet & eerie in the hallway, but once greeted by Jonathon, I felt very welcomed & was directed where to sign in & where my class would be held. I have no complaints 🙂

The class was everything as promised. I took the BLS in the morning. It has been nearly 20 years since I have taken a CPR class and it was great to get a refresher. The Instructor led video was the cornerstone of the training.

While, the equipment was slightly dated, it was all functional. My card was emailed that afternoon.

Amazing service! We had Nate for our first time doing the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and as students, he calmed our nerves, made sure we were confident in our answers and facilitated the entire process! Will definitely be coming back here for further certifications. Thank you Nate!

It was easy signing up online for NRP and it was quick & affordable. The class itself consisted of 3 students and took about 30 mins. They don’t give you your card day of in the office. The office had trouble locating my account on RQI so I went through RQI as they directed and all they needed to give me my card was for Critical Care Education to email the RQI office with the class info AND the instructors global ID or name. Their office is IMPOSSIBLE to reach over the phone. I started to believe I got scammed. Their office isn’t open on the hours posted online. They never respond to texts on the 909 number. I was finally able to get to the office on a day they were open because I checked online to see their class offerings for that day. The front office refused to provide me with the instructors name or global ID or to send the email I needed to just get my card. They kept telling me all they need is my global ID and that the email was not necessary yet they still couldn’t find me. It all just felt very shady. Just make sure you get everything you need before leaving the office because communication is the worst I’ve ever experienced with any business.

I loved the class and the instructor of the class! It was quick and easy to follow. Highly recommend taking this class and will come back to renewal my BLS license!

The fact that you can’t even speak with a live person has me skeptical about purchasing the course. To get assistance you have to text or email and I didn’t get a response from neither. Glad I didn’t pay that $600.

Needed my CPR Re-Certification quickly! There were a variety of scheduled classes to choose from, even weekends. With Covid, you cannot do a full in person course. The virtual class, via Canvas, supplied by AHA was very good. The course was easy to follow, with lots of examples (SIMS and human). The exam was straight forward and hit on all the key points to doing CPR. The hands on CPR was limited but since it was re-cert, it was enough of a review. The staff was helpful and took Covid safety and cleanliness seriously. I got my CPR card and certificate emailed in 24 hours. It was a great experience and I will use them again.
