Joe and his team were a lifesaver. We had a tenant and her dogs completely trash one of our furnished rentals. The apartment was filled with trash and personal items. Joe got a look at the unit and gave a fair price. I was really afraid we’d have to replace the flooring etc. However, Joe performed the clean out and deep cleaned the entire unit. I was very impressed with the work. I was even more impressed with Joe himself. He’s extremely personable and very professional. Joe will be my first call for our rental property cleaning needs! I highly recommend Joe and Healthy Environment Solutions!
