This was an excellent experience once the crew got started building and installing the panels on my house! No complaints here. They were fast efficient and everything went through as planned with the electric company. I was able to see how much power my panels gave me through the app and saved me money!

After shopping around for different solar options Jarrod was my final and best decision when it comes to Solar, everything went as plan and I'm very happy with the production of my system which does exceed the proposal generation number. I have recommended to other friends and they are also very happy with the service from Jarrod and Firefly. I can also attest that Jarrod helped me out right away when I had some startup concerns and personally inspected the panels, while there was never an issue with the system there was some software bugs that got corrected but I was very glad that Jarrod went out of his way to ensure that I felt taken care of.

Jarrod was absolutely amazing, front start to finish, and even after care. He was upfront and honest when selling us the system and was able to customize it for our needs. He didn’t oversell and was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He helped us through all of our approval processes and the installers were very wonderful. They were quick, considerate, and made sure to completely clean up after themselves. Jarrod also helped us establish the app on our phones to monitor our system, and whenever I had a question or concern, even if it was months after installation, he answered my texts within minutes. I highly recommend Jarrod and his entire team.

By chance our company ended up installing roofs on several jobs that Jarrod and firefly were doing solar on. On all these projects we had to coordinate with them over solar panel layout , permits and inspections as well as customer questions etc.
Working with them was very easy. I could text Jarrod day or night and i got a quick response. The homeowners also let me know that the quality of service and product they got was better than anyone else.
After the panel install my roofs still looked great which is not always the case with solar companies so I was very pleased.
Over all it was a great random occurrence to do a few jobs in sequence with this great team. If your looking for great service and professional - these are the guys!

Jarrod was phenomenal from beginning to end. When we first started our solar panel search we already had a basic understanding of solar panels and the process. However, Jarrod took the time to go into great detail about all aspects of solar panels - energy estimates, differences in companies, tax credit, installation process, electric company billing, timeline, etc. He was knowledgeable, realistic, helpful, and patient (we took a long time to finally pull the trigger)! We have had our solar panels up and running for 5 months now and are very pleased, especially with our electric bill savings! Thanks again, Jarrod!

We are incredibly pleased with our new SunPower Solar system designed and installed by Jarrod and Firefly Energy LLC. The entire process went flawlessly from the initial design to the hookup with SDGE. Jarrod is extremely knowledgeable, professional and experienced with solar energy panels as well as the installation process. On top of all that he's a really great guy. You can't go wrong dealing with Jarrod and Firefly Energy!
