HIGHLY recommend Keith Clark with BioOne. He should be at least 1 of your quotes! We had a death in a home with a hoarder / cat situation in which we dealt with each one 2 months apart. He did exactly WHAT he promised, WHEN he promised and was flexible to unforeseen issues that came up. Sometimes not charging and sometimes understandably needing to charge more but it was a fair price when he could have taken advantage of the situation. He ALWAYS took our calls or called us back in a reasonable amount of time. He was knowledgeable, considerate & compassionate to the situation which wasn't fun to deal with. He was on site most of the time, and when he wasn't he gave specific instructions and everyone kept busy. Keith was engaged, upbeat, energetic, communicated with us well, treated his employees with respect and worked along side of them. His workers were nice (shout out to Chris too), very hard working people dealing with this mess of a house. Lastly he was competitively priced. Actually he was less than half of 1 quote which we couldn't have afforded.
I wish more companies did business like Keith, life would be so much more easy!!

I highly recommend Bio One.

The owner Keith and his staff were highly professional, prompt, thourough and accommodating to clean an unattended death scene in my family.

During the entire experience, Keith was understanding and patient during this difficult time in our lives. The team was able to remove furniture and biohazard material from the scene quickly and in a respectful manner.

Dont hesitate to contact and trust this company. They are fantastic!

I can’t say enough about this company, and specifically Chris as I dealt with him. He is amazing. My brother passed away on October 7, 2022. I was referred by the officer on the scene. I received a call back within 1 hour from Chris. He made time to see me on Saturday and began working on Sunday. By Tuesday everything was done and done perfectly. I was able to tell the property manager that the apartment was clean. She couldn’t believe it was done so quickly!! I highly recommend Bio One. Chris was kind, professional, and always followed through. I just am so impressed.

We had to find a company that was experienced in not only cleaning a hoarder's home but also be compassionate and mindful of how difficult this is for a hoarder. Bio One is top notch in all areas. They were prompt and we're fair with their pricing. When the cleaning day came, they treated us with patience and kindness. I would not only use them again should the need arise, I would highly recommend.

Threw away important items. Things meant for donation was put out in garbage. 2 rings came up missing. I feel violated and remorseful. They left me with a hell of a mess when they know organizing was not my strong suit. Careless. Owner Keith is a good generous man. His workers are the worst. No respect or discernment. Can’t tell you how sorry I am they came into my home to help me tidy up.
