*WARNING *** Do not use this Company !!! They are scam artists! Especially the owner Connie! I just finished talking to a lawyer and filing a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. They did our solar in 2019. Last year I noticed our True up was getting higher and my husband called Connie the owner to see if there was a problem with our solar unit, which they are supposed to monitor but they clearly didn't. Well long story short there was, and it took them over 6 months to address the issue and when they finally sent out a technician, he discovered the wiring they had done had arced and caused a fire in one of our electrical boxes (which could have Burnt down our home and by some miracle it didn't)! The technician finally got our unit back up and running but because our solar had been down 6 plus months we now had a True-up with PG&E of over $4,000 dollars which Connie did agree to cover since her company took OVER 6 months to fix the Solar. When it came time to pay the True Up my husband called Connie EVERDAY for over a month and she would either ignore his call's or make up some excuse as to why she couldn't do it today!!! I wanted to write this review, so no one has to go through what we are going through with this company! It has been a nightmare!

Wow, Never have I had a big purchase feel so worth it! My solar price was the best! Plus it included some energy efficient windows.
Tied it all into one loan payment lower than my Energy bill by a long shot.
Eddie followed up and made sure I knew where my install was whenever I needed an update. He kept it very professional and provided excellent customer service.They really do have you on all your energy needs! Don’t go with anyone else. They’re local and their office is bad to the bone!

Jean was referred to us by our neighbor. We live in the middle of the high desert so our electric bills can be pretty pricey. Jean talked to us about how solar could help and the options they had available for solar energy. I was wary at first because I had family who had a bad experience with HUD solar, but Jean was quick to answer any questions and reassure me that those issues are not going to be a problem. Jean was very quick, knowledgeable and friendly. She was super fun to talk to and very passionate about her job and the company. Jean’s confidence in the company helped me feel comfortable making my decision to switch to Solar power.

Global was awesome! I ran into some frustrating things with another company and was letting a family member know and they referred me here. They helped me get my roof replaced and solar panels put on and it looks great. They communicated well on both roof and solar. The install happened much quicker then expected as well. Definitely recommend this company.

This issue was identified in October. I left a 1 star review on yelp because I was getting nowhere. They reached out promptly, and the ball started rolling. They were working with manufacturers to isolate if it was a panel or inverter issue. It was isolated to a panel, and a replacement was sent out. We received the panel at our home March 9th, we alerted the company, were told we would be placed on the schedule 3/10, heard noting, reached out 3/28 asking for an update, still nothing, and again on 4/09 letting them know just how unhappy I was. It has been sitting in my garage where I normally park all that time. I drive an EV, so I've had to drape the cord across the garage to charge, and my wife has been parking on the street, I'm just waiting for the cats to be stolen now, since we don't have the protection of it being garaged.

I guess as long as my agitation is kept private, I get no response, so I will air it in public. It's sad to see. They were quick to take the money, but the support is really lacking.

Several months after our solar panels were installed by Global, we found out they had actually used a sub-contractor and never paid them for the installation work they did on our project. We found this out when we received a lien notice in the mail from the sub-contractor who had never been paid for their work by Global. We now potentially have a legal issue to deal with because of Global's poor business practices behind the scenes. I'm not sure how things will work out in the long-run, but I could never trust them to do good business after this experience.

Global energy wasted my time and was totally unprofessional. I signed a contract February 23 that they were to begin work by March 15-April 1 when I didn’t hear from anybody by March 15 I started calling the sales person and their business leaving messages with anything that would take a message. I never heard from them. Finally my daughter got a hold of a human being who told her that my contract fell through the cracks and that they would get on it right away and uphold the contract. That was the last I ever heard from them. After several calls to see if they were going to follow through with their contract and never getting a hold of a human being again I think I was blocked. I finally went on with a different outfit. Do not use these guys. They will probably go out of business due to their lack of ethics and professionalism.
