These people are not professional when they show up to your house. They are loud and obnoxious and just out of control. It's like a team of crazy people come to your house to do the installation. They are obnoxious on purpose and think it's a good thing. They do rude things , yell rude things just to get a laugh out of it. They don't even start work in a timely fashion they sit around for minimum an hour before starting. It's the morning obviously when they start and it is a legal time to make noise that noise should mainly consist of work related noise. Not intentionally joking around and using vulgarity talking about getting drunk last night and laughing. I should point out that they are here after the installation because of the damage they caused to our roof in more then one location. These guys are more like a gang then installers. Seriously their professionalism is at a zero . It's that bad. Did they do a good install at least ? NO they are here fixing damages they caused. So they are not professional and they don't do a good job installing. They have the contract to do the work but it won't last long with people like this representing their company. I am not done complaining I will go to where they get their contract from take pictures of the damaged roof and explain the crazy people they have to represent the company that show up to install
