After my water system was installed, I encountered a leak coming from the water filtration system. Unfortunately, the technician who installed it was not equipped to resolve the issue at that time and didn’t have the necessary tools. We verbally scheduled a return visit to fix the problem, but he was a no-show. We communicated via text, and although he agreed to come back, he also missed that appointment.

Next, I reached out to the sales representative to arrange for another technician to assess the situation. However, this technician was unable to locate the source of the leak. A few days later, the leak reappeared, leading to water damage beneath our sink.

It has been quite frustrating that the issue remains unresolved despite multiple visits. I believe that better preparedness and follow-through would enhance the service experience. Given my current situation, I would recommend exploring other companies for a whole-house water filtration system. I hope this feedback can help improve the service for future customers.

We had our water system installed about 3 months ago and we are very satisfied with it. Our salesman Charles was very knowledgeable, was able to answer all of our questions and did not make us feel like we were being pressured into buying. The whole process from install, to the follow up visit, to the billing went just as he said it would with no surprises or changes.
