Fantastic service from start to finish! I left a message and a very kind and friendly woman returned my phone call the same day. I had a very timely appt (It was not an emergency, mainly low water pressure) and got a text as promised when Dakota was on his way. Dakota identified the problem quickly, had necessary parts with him, and fixed the problem and even identified how to make another thing more efficient all in barely more than a half hour at a super reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Trew pump service is amazing! Ryan and his crew have always been great. They have built out the water system throughout my property. First, installing a whole water filtration and U/V system on our well. Then, they built out a whole main irrigation system to support 3 acres of watering, with an acre of citrus. Trew pump service came out right away with a short notice. We were out of water since our pump went out I called 3 different pump company's one was to booked up but put us on standby the other without mentioning names said they would be out by noon but that never happened. They did call almost 2hrs. Later I told the we already had a pump service on site (TREW PUMP SERVICE)
Witch said they would be here by 2pm actually called 1hr. Early said they would be there in 1/2 hr. The service tech was very nice and explained what went wrong with our water system. Gave us an estimate that was reasonable to other pump services in the auburn area. Would recommend Trew pump service
