I brought my wedding dress in to 3rd Gen to get it cleaned and preserved. They were wonderful with communication while working on it, gave me updates via email and when I picked it up it looked better than when I bought the dress! It’s now it a beautiful display box preserved for one of my daughters to wear on their wedding day. We will be a loyal customer for all our cleaning and alteration needs! Great services and an amazing family who run it! Happy to support them!

I recently took used 3rd Generation for both dry cleaning and alterations. I had a King-sized down comforter that I thought I was going to have to get rid of due to a puppy accident. They did a fantastic job and saved my comforter! I also had a cashmere sweater dry cleaned, and some alterations work done. Everything was absolute perfection. In addition to their quality work, it was done quickly and was reasonably priced. I appreciated the email updates and convenient option to pay online. We will happily use this family-owned, local business for all of our needs in the future.

Great service and prices! Took my cal king comforter in to be dry cleaned they emailed when my comforter was ready to be picked up and there was a nice option to be able to pay online or at pickup. Thank you I appreciate you guys! ?

There are two signs on the door at this location - adjacent to Tea Bar, effectively on Forest Ave - one indicates "open very soon!", and the other sign lists their East Ave location phone number if you need to get any of your items out of this location. (The store appears to be 100% full of items that have been cleaned.). The signs are about 2 months old, so it doesn't look like "soon" applies. If this location is closed, why don't you simply take down all your signs except, perhaps, for a sign indicating that this location is no longer operating?
