5 star service from start to finish! Olinda in the back office is so responsive and helpful. While she was on leave Helda was equally responsive. Bilal who came through to give me a quote was very informative and always punctual with any scheduled visit. Boniface, Martin, Clayton and Ephraim who did the installation were professional, friendly and very helpful in explaining aspects of the installation that I was curious about. Joe, who rounded off the experience in issuing the COC, was ever so patient with all my questions ensuring my full understanding of the system. Workmanship and finishings were neat and professional. This company clearly invests in its people and their skills, as through various interactions with different people it was evident that they attended regular trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments in the field. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Greentech Energy Solutions team.
