They don’t care about drivers and they waste your time even though you are on time and also you have to wait 30 to 40 minutes for papers when your load is done
They don’t let me use restroom and the one guy was very rude

If your appointment time is 800 - 1600, come at 1600. They will tell you that you don't have an appointment time. They only take the exact appointment time. Not in between. Took me 8 hours to get loaded. I would rate this 0 star if I could.

Just don’t arrive earlier than your appointment time. They Will NOT accept you even if they have available docks. Don’t bother.

Checked in hour early. I was given a door right away and started getting loaded soon after. Didn’t get no bad attitude but from what other drivers mention here when I was waiting it’s better to show up closer to your appt time 1hr 1/2 so not bad at all. lots of space to park and wait even over night parking if you need it
