One of the most important elements to any big purchase is trusting those you're working with. Trust, that they see you have a mutually shared interest in you getting the best rates and terms possible. That they know the ins and outs of the process. Andreas and his team were amazing throughout the whole process.

I was originally approved with another broker. They told me one rate, and when it came time to move forward that rate increased nearly half a point and it was going to cost me $4k.

Enter Andreas and VIsta Loans. Not only did they save me nearly AN ENTIRE POINT in rate, he also got me addition funds to apply toward closing costs. Who does this?

This was my 4th home purchase, and I've never had a mortgage broker I trust more. Andreas, you better NEVER change your number!!! 🙂

Andreas, you rank 10 out of 10 as a refi expert, and I’ve done a few refis. You actually risked earning a commission by telling me to hold off a bit during my last refi, and you were right. That’s a loan expert with skin in the game.
