John and his team are top NOTCH! I met with several different companies, all very sales and were quick to try and get me to sign on the spot. Fusion Solar is everything you want in a solar company and more! Very professional from the first meeting at the San Joaquin County Fair to my phone calls to their office last week. No subcontractors, no hidden fees, no surprises- just great work done by company employees!

We are excited to see our daily solar production lowering our PG&E bill. Soon we will be filing our 2019 taxes and getting a 30% credit for our investment. With that money we will pay down our loan and continue to save on our utility bill. One small step towards helping our planet.

I had 5 solar companies come out before I made my choice. I am very happy with choosing FUSION SOLAR I like the way they designed my solar system it curves with my roof, I highly recommend this company the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and honest.

UPDATE
Spoke to the office manager and they have assured me that they issue that happened below is not suppose to happen per their company policy. The office manager I spoke to was extremely apologetic that it had happened and has notified the owner to contact me and discuss the matter.

Had one of their "senior sales associate" in our home, got a quote, and while we were working on getting a roof inspection as well as other quotes the representative from this company handed off our information to a competitor without contact us to see if that was ok. When confronted with that fact she attempted to explain that she does that all the time if she feels that the potential clients do not like her or what she's offering and that she "got nothing out of it" and was simply "trying to help". She also tried to justify it by saying that the other company already had our information but confirmed that she gave out information other than what had been released when looking for solar quotes. Unacceptable business practices from a company to simply give out their leads like that without even verifying if someone is ok with it.

The salespeople were rude to both my wife and I, the main salesperson had the attitude that he really didn't want to be there when meeting with my wife and I and when I messaged him letting him know that we weren't interested in solar at this time he responded very unprofessionally and I admit I had cancelled on him once before because I had to take my daughter to the ER but when I cancelled on him the second time my text didn't send until thirty minutes before our planned meeting even though I intially tried to send it five hours prior. So I can see why he would be upset and frustrated but the unprofessional response was uncalled for.
