My experience with this Sunny Care agency has been the worst I’ve ever encountered. The owner has an extremely poor attitude, is rude to customers, and even loses their temper, driving people away while speaking ill of them behind their backs. I will never purchase anything from them again.

You know customer service is bad when theres no contact page on their website...

We are a portable restroom supplier doing business with Agio for over 20 years ordering pallets of paper at a time. Unfortunately during the early days of the pandemic this company chose to destroy their relationship with our company in order to fullfill orders with their other larger clients.

When we and other restroom companies ordered paper at the same time they got their shipments while we didn't. They "lost" our order. So we ordered again, and again.... 7 times in total. Each time they would lose or cancel our order while others were getting their products. We never got any notification that this happened. It simply wouldn't show up and we would call find this out and order again. They eventually caught on to this and screened our calls (we know this because we had a friendly competitor call them with us only to have them pickup for the competition and not us).

For most of the 20 years we put up with alot... Most orders we get are wrong, usually having far more TP than paper towels (we order alot of paper towels), we also get the wrong color dispensers alot, and alot of cheap Chinese junk dispensers that don't last long. Some items were good like their dispenser that took normal hand soap and made it foam at the dispenser but they got rid of that. Most of their items only last a couple of years then are changed so if your 2 year-old dispenser breaks it won't match the other ones you have.

*PS: Don't order anything white and made of plastic from this company, it's recycled plastic with no UV protection so it'll yellow in a year.

Called multiple time to try to reorder products. I gave my order and credit card number and was told the order was in. Called back when no order arrived in the designated time frame and they said to text in my order. Texted information never got a text, call or my order. Don't waste your time. I got a new phone so I don't have all the records but these screen shots were the last times I tried contacting them before I gave up and just ordered from online retailer. Yes I know it's been almost a year but I recently was talking with other companies in the area and they said they were having the same issues. If you have time to constantly check up on your order until it arrives than good luck to you.
