Great customer service. I'm in Ohio, they are in California. Seemed like I was calling a neighbor.
Terrific quality product. Install took 2 days. Probably 6 hours total, waiting on concrete to set fully.

The folks at RPS made the entire process as simple to install as you could imagine. We are using their solar panels and pump to water around 200 cattle, in 2 locations, 2/3s of a mile apart, in southern Indiana. We are very happy with the simplicity of the system and any installation questions we had were answered promptly over the phone or by email. All of the equipment is of high quality and built to withstand all weather's.

I purchased the Tankless Pressure pump, solar panels & batteries complete kit. Shipping was super fast. Product quality is top notch. Easy installation. System has worked for two months flawlessly. I’d highly recommend this package. RPS has hit it out of the park IMHO.

Extremely happy with my RPS solar pumping system. I purchased the RPS800V with the turnkey kit to replace a 220 volt pump in an existing well. The purchasing experience was excellent. I knew very little about solar systems. The engineers at RPS guided me through the options and helped me select the proper system. Installation went very smoothly thanks to the turnkey kit. It had everything I needed all packaged together, except for the solar panel mounting post, which was communicated to me up front. I did have a couple of questions during installation, which were addressed very clearly and concisely, both by phone and email. I installed the system at a weekend get away. By the time I completed the installation, it was beyond the 30 day return, which I also knew about ahead of time. I did not use the extra solar wire that I purchased because I changed the location of the panels close to the pump. I contacted RPS and they allowed me to return for a full refund. The pumping system is working flawlessly. I am very happy with my purchase and the customer support. Top notch company and product.

Where to start. RPS is an awesome company to work with. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They make it very easy to obtain information and proper sizing on the needed kit. From the pump to the turnkey kit was extremely easy to order and shipping was super fast. Received all all parts within a few days. The installation/ users manual is really easy to understand and follow. Was really nice to finish the install within a few hours.
Had a few issues once the install was complete. Tech support is phenomenal. Had multiple conversations with the entire team. If they weren't able to answer my question, they referred me to a more senior tech. Usually, got a response within 24 hours. Pump is up and running perfectly. Thank you RPS.

I had a system from another supplier. Over a few years period, issues with the system were numerals. The RPS sister had a MUCH better enclosure for the controls, the wire was heaver and all the needed parts were shipped. This pump and components has been running for a year with no down time. Very happy with the system and service received from RPS.
