We got our solar panels installed in february, We're entering september and we're yet to have our panels on. We cannot get in touch with any of the sales representatives we initially signed with. It feels like weve been taken advantage of. They're very quick to sign us up and approve us, But once the panels were up, We've been having an uphill battle. Summers almost over. So much for using the panels when we really needed them.

We had been wanting Solar for a while but have not been able to get approved. It got to the point where we were just turning everyone down until Luis Mejia came to our door. He was really patient, professional and was able to convey his company in a way that was easy to understand. He assured us he would be able to get us approved and he wasn’t lying. From that point on he was really attentive and kept reaching out to give us updates. Never did he leave us in the dark. You can really see the passion that he has for his work. The install was so quick it was all done by the time I got home from work. Not to mention the customer service has been phenomenal. I will definitely be recommending Flagship to anyone and everyone.
