work schedule for car movers. For people who come from far away to pick up a car, the relevant number will be specially loaded. It would be very easy for both businesses if they prepared the keys.
I wrote that the working hours are closed at 8pm. It's around 6pm when I got stuck from afar.

I inherited solar panels from my home's previous owners... I thought, it's Tesla, pretty reputable... NOT!!! I've been in my home since January, I've set up my account on auto pay through a representative because I cannot do it through their website or the app (because I'm not the original owner), every month I have to call their customer care department to ask why the auto pay hasn't cleared. Why is it so difficult to fix this? They all have horrible attitudes as well... don't use SolarCity people...

Complete garbage with no accountability. I decided to purchase my system instead of leasing because I felt it was the best option. So, they come out to put the system on my roof and broke multiple roof tiles which were never fixed. The system was turned on and I had nothing but problems for 2 months straight. My system wouldn’t run normal like it should so it was only producing a quarter of what it should be producing. Of course there isn’t anyone local that can help with anything. I was redirected to call the 800 # for customer service. After I told them what was going on they mention “I see your system isn’t performing how it should.” Give it their sales pitch was “we monitor your system 24/7 to make sure it is working properly.” B.S. I had to call 8 different time over a two month period and always had to wait 10+ days for someone to come out. When the tech came out it was a different excuse every time on why it didn’t work. Frankly, they didn’t know what they were doing. All the mean while I’m getting charged from PGE for energy when the system was built to not have a pge bill. But guess what, when the system was put on my payments started with solar city. I made the point to customer service that I shouldn’t have to pay for a system that doesn’t work. Their answer was too bad and did absolutely nothing to compensate for my system not working for 2 MONTHS!!! Worst experience I could possibly have. Don’t waste your time or money. They are a rip off! FYI, I was told if the system was leased they have a production guarantee but if it was purchased they don’t......sad excuse for a business!

3rd time my inverter went out. This time will be 2+ weeks to replace it...not producing power in the long sunny summer days costs me money. Customer service won't do anything. Don't waste your money on this company.

Why would they sell to senior citizens and lie to them. My in-laws Bill is 2000.00 plus this month. WOW what a scam. It's really unfair. When they call to discuss it they get a big run around..sooo wrong. Thank God we never jumped on the solor scam. We are very happy with PG&E and our bill.
