Why does this Whole Foods think it is acceptable to ask their cashiers to inquire: "are you visiting Laguna Beach from out of town?" It's NONE of their business if we're visiting and frankly, intrusive. This happened again today at this location. Why, Whole Foods? Are you trying to drive people away? Everyone sees the signs in the lot. Do you think with perishable food and business attire that I'm going to park in your lot all day and go to the beach on an overcast Tuesday morning? Really? Just stop it already or hire a guard like BofA & Ralph's do if it's that much of a problem.

Worst Whole Foods Market. The place is filthy, items are messy, prepared food looks stale and left out too long. Parking lot is filthy with trash everywhere. This place needs to shut down and replaced with Ralph's or another grocery store.

Employee appearance is not appreciated. They have piercing is all weird places and they are allowed to wear it to work. Tattoos are showing. I see dogs there all the time that are NOT service dog bc they are not labeled as one. They are sniffing all over fresh produce while my husband is allergic.

Unfortunately this is the closest market to my house, as I'm always sadly disappointed with the customer service here! The stockers block the aisles and don't bother to acknowledge the shoppers. They will but right in without regard for the customer.
Cashiers routinely fail to greet when ringing you up. They will just carry on their personal conversations with the other employees (Karen is always guilty of this!) Crystal is actually a good worker! She's always friendly and nice! Otherwise most of the other workers aren't very impressive. It's sad for a store in such a beautiful location......
