Stan from Pierson Mechanical serviced our AC home unit. It had to be completely replaced, this included our thermostat. He took the entire thing apart and even swept the rust that fell when he was removing the unit.He answered all our questions exceptionally, he was professional and knowledgeable. Not only are we satisfied with the service we are happier with the quality and swift response. Work wasn’t done correctly. It was done through a home warranty claim, they did the work back in March, said it works perfectly. Guy never could prove it but I took their word. I tried to use the mini split when it was finally getting hot, mini split had the same issue, now neither them nor the home warranty company want to own up to it.

My home warranty company sent Pierson out to do a repair on my HVAC. Turned out it was a bad breaker. The office manager kept me informed of changes as we had to navigate snowy weather and backed up schedules on both sides. The repairman showed up on time and fixed the breaker. After a terrible debacle with another company, Pierson stepped right up and helped us the next day. They came out and found the issue the previous company missed completely. Ryan came out. Let me know he was on the way and he was friendly and knowledgeable!! I appreciated so much that they came out within about 24 hrs of my call that my air conditioner wasn’t working as my daughter has a disability where she cannot handle the heat. The house was over 80F!

So very thankful for such a quick resolution and would call them again for any hvac issues.
