Park your truck and check in at guard shack, and it took them two hours to unload me. They are quick and efficient, the only thing I didn’t like was that capstone never sent me a message back to come in.

Do not come here if you have to deliver be patient and don't try to ask questions at reciever office there are really bully and stupid, my appointment was 7am empty at 8.30 now is 140pm still waiting for paperwork. Good luck

Worst place ive been to! Here to deliver a load my appointment is for 11:30 am and it is now 2:30pm and i am still waiting on a door! I would never pick up a load for this place that treat us driver like trash! If we are late they will reschedule you and charge you! But when its the other way around they can care less! Gotta boycott this place so they can learn there lesson and who knows when i will receive a door but from the reviews seems like it will take forever to unload as well! Places like these are unacceptable! Ok finally unloaded at 8:30pm never again this place is garbage

Not great not bad. Its a warehouse. Some days are quick some days it takes a while. There is over night parking so thats a plus. Just follow the directions by the gaurd when you check in and dont expect anyone to treat you special and youll be fine.

Update: It really depends on if your dry side or reefer. The reefer side is fine the lumper service on the dry side is another story. The lady is rude and yells at you. If you aak any questions she looks at you like your a moron. The capstone employees really need to act like everyone else here and stop making this place look bad.

Much better process now. There was a time where you'd be there for 8-12hrs on the dock. Now from check in to check out 2-4hrs

Park before proceeding to security gate! Straight forward Professional Drivers... security is quick and efficient with check-ins! Lumper fees are done via text message and with electronic payments with Capstone Logistics. The lower numbers are behind the building and the highest numbers are on the far side to the right of the front of the building. Staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful in the morning!
