Mike was absolutely perfect. He was very accommodating on when I could drop it off and was lightning quick at troubleshooting and letting me know the score on what was wrong with my beloved gaming PC. He gave me enough information to know to plan for some future purchases my rig will need, and was even kind enough to help me track down an appropriate part.

PLUS, I dropped it off in the evening not even expecting it to get touched for a day or two, he got it taken care of and ready to go back with me in an hour and a half, and then was kind enough to take more time out of his evening to let me come right back and grab it. To add, he was extremely reasonable in price and it was an enormously pleasant surprise as I was expecting a much scarier final number.

Couldn't recommend this business more - I've never used a repair service before, but I will definitely be coming back to Mike when it's time for some upgrades beyond my skill to install. Thank you again Mike!

After doing an upgrade by MYSELF I lost access to all my work files.
Mike was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner and ever clean all the trash files for me. Computer is now working great and most importantly I have all my files back. Thanks Mike!!

I took a hdd into there because I couldn't believe it died as it hadn't been used ; it was doa. He tested it, threw it in trash and gave me 1 for my loss....I'm now going back to have some work done ; I like his knowledge and professional demeanor. You guys are lucky he's around here because Stockton-Modesto corridor is kinda meh....

Update...drop it off with graphic card working idk what he did to it but its no longer working and wanted to charge 400 on top of the 50...now my computer just sitting in the corner with a dead graphic card..and he told.me its was my mother board....lucky i dodnt buy a new mother board, took it to another shop and was told whiever did it broke your graphic in the process...
