Tip Top Solar clean is the very best, as its name suggests! This morning I was greeted by Kris, who arrived on time and patiently waited while I finished my teleconference. Kris walked me through the process before he started and, in the end, provided a comprehensive report of everything he had found, from a broken roof tile that had not been repaired by the solar company (that they failed to report) to the bird's nest construction that was beginning. Tip Top Solar is not some simple start-up mom-and-pop shop running out of their personal vehicle; they arrived in a completely equipped van with their own water supply and all the necessary tools to tackle any size solar cleaning project. They are insured and bonded, which as a homeowner, made me feel secure in allowing them to climb my two-story home. One final thing I should report is that Kris had quoted me a price over the phone based on a much smaller system which he thought I had said. Once he realized his mistake, he could have called me and changed corrected his mistake, but he honored the price he originally quoted. Integrity is seriously lacking in today's culture, but Tip Top Solar has convinced me that it still exists. They have earned a repeat customer in me!!!

Tip top solar clean did an outstanding job on cleaning our solar panels which look like new again. Not only are they affordable but also provided excellent customer service. Their expertise and professionalism far exceed my expectations. Very honest and even provided before and after pictures which showed pre-existing damages on our roof that we were unaware of. 100% recommended and will be using their services again.
