I am very satisfied with WM because I never have to think about WM! My pick up is always when it is scheduled, holiday schedules are communicated well in advance, and with auto pay, my bill is easy.

The Perris transfer station is my go to place when my yard and garage needs cleaning their prices are excellent the speed limit is about 5 mph if your load is over 600 pounds you"ll pay full price they prohibit oil and tires price varies by your weight great staff and safe work area

Usually the service is good however my regular trash bin was not emptied last week. The driver mistook no bin in front of 40749 Corte Albara (my neighbors house) and didn’t pick up mine at 40740. I called customer service several times. Twice they issued pickup codes and both times those pickups were cancelled. I viewed the video and it is very plain to see my little brown bin in front of my home, but no bin in front of my neighbors house. I have requested a credit but have not received a confirmation of such. So disappointed in WM service now.

Always Excellent Customer Service! I’ve really never had a problem with WM. They were a big help when we downsized and moved. WM was able to provide the bins needed to get rid of all the stuff we were not taking.

Trash is consistently picked up on right day and all is collected. I am especially happy to have recycle materials collected weekly now. There is no mess left in the street.

A few weeks ago I received a letter showing a picture of overflowing trash coming out of dumpster. That was my next door neighbor. Every week his dumpster are overflowing. I live alone and have multiple dumpsters. Please make sure you have the correct address before sending out warnings and fines.
