Norcanna always provides excellent customer service; Hailey was able to move the shipment up a day for me, find not one, but two discounts that hadn’t been applied in the cart, and was a delight to speak with on the phone. Norcanna is not always the most convenient for me given the distance, but they are always my first choice.
