The technician should up early and was very Communicable and helpful. Our house is older so we did have some issues with corrosion on pipes and they started leaking after the install was done they were very helpful in helping us temporarily fixing the issue so thankfull for that. And the install job itself was done very professionally and looks great

We received great service from NorCal Water Systems today. We recently moved into a home with a Kinetico water softening system in place that had not been used properly for maybe two years. We were unsure of how it all worked. I called and spoke to their representative (very friendly and helpful) on Monday to have them come out on Tuesday and explain the system to us and get it working so we had soft water. Zane came out within the time window given with advance notice and did a wonderful job explaining how the system worked and loaded our system with salt and a new filter as well. We should have soft water soon! Thank you to Zane and the NorCal team for helping us out! We appreciate it!

We are on a well, have hard water and iron in the water. Or system was installed 20 years ago. It has worked flawlessly the entire time. It was rebedded today in a couple of hours. Looking forward to the next 20 years. This system works even when the power is out. There is nothing better out there!!!

Robert was our technician and he was thorough and really helpful. If you get a chance to work with him it will be a good date.

UPDATE: Tristan from NorCal called to see how are system was doing 2 weeks after it was installed. He asked all the right questions and truly wanted to make sure we were happy customers. So far, NorCal has exceeded our expectations after years of not being really happy with Kinetico. Lately I have felt like customer service was dead. NorCal is proving there are still good companies and good people out there. Thank you.

From the beginning of our experience with NorCal, everyone was Super Friendly, Helpful, Polite and Courteous. Tristan, who was in charge of testing our water and sold us our RO Water System was very thorough and explained everything to us. The day of the actual installation (which was within a week) Robert and Zane arrived and on time. They were very Professional, and paid EXTRA Attention, as far as cleaning up after themselves at all times. We really Appreciate the "Outstanding Service" that we received during this whole process. We would Definitely recommend NorCal.

I recently purchased a home that already had an existing water purifier on the house. I called them originally to service my existing unit.
The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the whole system to me. It turned out due to a lack of maintenance over the years. My system needed to be replaced.
Again, the technician was very knowledgeable and recommending the new system that would work with what my needs were.
Both technicians that came out were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Norcal water systems comes highly recommended. Very pleased to have found them and will be having them do my maintenance on my new system.

The technician (Zane) arrived on time. He did a thorough inspection of my system, added salt to my tank, checked the medium levels in the other two tanks, and made sure everything was operating as it should. When done he cleaned up any spilled water that was incurred during the service and wiped down the tanks leaving the site cleaner than he found it. Nice personable person. He also explained all his testing results letting me know how the system was working and that all was well. I am very happy with the service rendered. Good Job!!
