Cesar and Lydia did an outstanding job setting up our A/V systems and internet as we completed a move in Palo Alto. He was exceptionally responsive, professional, prompt, competent and friendly. He solved a handful of unforeseen problems and had the system working perfectly. He also recommended an important and inexpensive way to upgrade our wifi experience using an eero system. I have worked with many A/V-tech installers over the years and Cesar and Lydia were the best.
