we have had nothing but amazing experiences with 707 leahy! from our initial tour to move-in day, and everything in between, Michelle R. has gone above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of -- and this truly made 707 leahy feel like home from day 1. the community has a lot of charm and the accessibility of staff being just a text or phone call away makes living here a breeze. can't recommend this complex enough -- and if you can -- ask for Michelle, you will not be disappointed!! i'm not exaggerating: she is literally the most responsive and accommodating apartment leasing agent/rep i've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. from multiple rental units in los angeles and the bay, prior to 707, they've been nothing but infuriating nightmares, but not here -- this place is one of a kind! aside from going above and beyond with her service, Michelle can also provide *amazing* recommendations for brunch spots up and down the peninsula, which is just the icing on the cake, so don't hesitate to ask!!

Michelle R. is such a professional, and was more than accomodating and welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle (and Jorge) during my tour of the complex; she guided me on a phone tour, and then encouraged that I visit the sister property to explore all of my options. Michelle is knowledgeable, inviting, enthusiastic about the area, and is a walking rolladex with references and referrals for things to explore in Redwood City. She was a major influence in my decision to move here, and she has been extremeley available and helpful in every aspect of this move. I cannot praise Michelle R. enough for her seamless and spirited move-in management, and her overall performance as a property manager here. If you have the opporunity to work with her, or are curious about exploring the property, do what you can to request that she guide you through the process.

We are extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service of the leasing office. Made a reservation for an in-person tour on 10/12/24 at 4:30 pm and received the confirmation email, along with the contact information of the community manager. We drove 40 minutes and arrive at 4:10pm (there was no one there). Tried calling the number on official website but there was no response (apparently the leasing office is not opened on Saturday, but the website said it is supposed to open on Saturday). Tried calling the community manager number on the confirmation email but ended up being a wrong number. It is not the customer's responsibility to validate the accuracy of information appear in both official website and confirmation email.

Recently moved to these new apartments in the end of June. I’m on the third floor and the apartment has beautiful vaulted ceilings with high windows in the living room and bedroom. Lots of natural light come into both rooms so no lights are needed during the day. One of my favorite parts of the apartment is all the technology including the keyless entry door. You can control the lights from your phone and the separate A/C units gives you the choice to keep the bedroom cooler than the rest of the apartment or vice versa. All the appliances are new and love that laundry is out in a small room in the patio, gives you extra space inside. I was worried with a 1 bed/1 bath, I would not have enough space but there is plenty of storage, very well designed! The managers are so friendly and welcoming, they made sure we had everything we needed on move in day. This a small gated community and has one of the better parking garages with easy access. The elevators are on the smaller side but they provide dolly’s at each elevator to help with your big groceries or big move in items. All of my furniture was able to fit in the elevators on move in day. This is my first time living in redwood city and I feel very safe here! From the moment I toured the complex, I knew this was my next home!

I moved in last year while most of the construction was being done and you would think it would be annoying and difficult to live in but everyone at the leasing office (Katrina, Kaitlynn, and Hernan) made living here such a great experience. They are the best management team I've ever encountered in my years of living at apartments in the bay. Sad to leave since I'm moving out of state but if I wasn't, I would have stayed here for sure! Very dog friendly [they threw a happy hour for the dogs!] and other tenants have been nice neighbors as well!
I loved the interior, all brand new appliances, smart home, and that it's in a quiet residential neighborhood. Will miss this apartment for sure.
