We had our heat pump water heater installed by another company and have regretted it ever since. After one year, the water heater stopped working and when we called the original installer, he told us to call an authorized repair person to check it out - what?!?! We found RoyalTech Plumbing on the manufacturer's website as an authorized repair and service provider. I wish we had RoyalTech install our water heater in the first place! Douglas came out to inspect it and spent a long time on the phone with the manufacturer who finally agreed to replace the water heater with a new one (didn't include labor though). Pablo and another technician came to install the new water heater the next day and included some fixes that the original installer overlooked. We had a lot of questions and Pablo was patient in answering them all. We highly recommend RoyalTech for their professionalism and conscientious work.

One of our bidet gave out, Douglas showed up on time and replaced one bad unit and updated other two units.
Great service, reasonable price and always punctual.

My tankless water heater gave out. Pablo with RoyalTech met with me the same day and was very knowledgeable about my options. I had a new water heater the next day. The expert crew was efficient and courteous, and thoroughly cleaned up after installation. Electronic contract and billing incredibly convenient. Very happy with the interactions and results!
