Healthy Home was wonderful to work with! They helped diagnose a small leak/mold issue in our rental property, and then performed the air quality tests and recommended remediation to clean it up. They worked with us from a distance (we're out-of-state), and they went above-and-beyond to make sure the work was done quickly. They kept us completely informed as we went through the process. Family owned and operated business with wife in the office and husband in the field. From the moment I called Sally was able to quickly diffuse my worries and concerns about finding mold in our home. She was excellent in thoroughly describing the process and answering my many questions. Her husband, Dana who came out to our home arrived on time and spent additional time explaining what he would be doing and how it was done. They were very quick to respond to our needs and we had a very thorough and impressive inspection report in a timely manner. Our mold problem was a result of a long time roof leak that we were unaware of until water started trickling in, but by then the damage had already been done behind the wall and the crown molding where you would least expect. I would highly recommend this business without any hesitation!!

We found Healthy Homes online searching for Mold testing; their credenials were impressive. We engaged them to conduct a mold inspection/test for our son & daughter-in-law in their new rental property in Orlando, FL. They were experiencing some health issues that alarmed us and them. Sally from Healthy Homes was very knowledgeable, and available to schedule a test for the next day. Dana captured air samples and several swabs inside the house as well as outside air samples for comparison to the indoor samples. They emailed the actual lab results the next working day and Sally spent time talking with us to explain the results. They were wonderful to work with and gave us the peace of mind that our kids were safe remaining in their rental property with a quality air purifier. Sally also shared useful information about improving home air quality by examining choices of cleaning products, personal products and the type of air filters to use in the HVAC system. We highly recommend Healthy Homes. Thank you Sally and Dana.
