The visits are pleasant. The staff is very nice and helpful. I started feeling better in terms of managing my stress and anxiety. I am more focused, less tired, and feeling a lot more positive. The staff at Mark Steinberg's clinic is very warm and welcoming. They pay close attention and try to address your needs. Scheduling appointments has been easy, and they are open on Saturdays.
When I started my journey with Dr. Steinberg, I didn't know what to expect and if it could help me. But to my surprise, even from my first treatment, I got better. I am continuing with my therapy, and I feel that it's just getting better and better. I would highly recommend for others to try first this type of treatment before using medications.

I think it is helpful to Dr. Mark Steinberg do voice technology to overcome he is very supportive and a great listener. The voice technology has helped me immensely and I feel very fortunate to have found out about the technology and helped myself.

Going to Dr. Steinberg’s office has changed my life so much for the better. I am amazed at how well I handle stressful situations that now trigger mild anxiety, as opposed to what used to be arresting anxiety prior to therapy here. The staff is incredibly kind and professional. I have not had a session in over a year and am still living a much happier life. I attended sessions for over a year starting about 2-1/2 years ago. I realized benefits after a month but continued to go to realize even more control over my apprehensions. No drugs just biofeedback. Thank you Dr. Steinberg and staff!!

This guy and his staff are shady. Basically wouldn’t give my insurance company his credentials to check for network benefits - why? What could you possibly have to hide for a quick check? If you’re out of network, we’ll move along. Pretty sure he just wants cash pay patients which reflects him as a “provider”.

I went in for help with my anxiety and mood swings. I was skeptical at first. Dr. Steinberg reassured me and he was right. I began to feel better after a few sessions. After treatment, I haven’t had a panic attack in months. I used to get them almost daily. I am grateful to live my life again!
