I came here to price and inquire about storage units. Jesse was awesome and showed me some options. The property was well maintained and clean. I will definitely consider StorQuest for my storage needs.

Clean facility, but raised rent by 77% after 3 months, without disclosing that when I signed up, and then up to two more times in the first year. They claim that because it is a month to month lease, they don't need to tell you up front.

As a vendor from R&S, arriving onsite to fix their gate, I made contact with Bryce and he was extremely helpful and communicative with what was needed. Made everything easy for us and showed great hospitality at StorQuest Self Storage.

BAIT AND SWITCH gimmick pricing. After less than a few months they will jack It up by 30%; my bill went from $239 monthly to $305 per month all of a sudden. The price you pay is not the price you will continue to pay. If you need a storage unit for more than 3 months do not store here.

Stored my car outdoors for a few months, and totally happy, no issues. Price was the best I could find in the area (likely because it's off the beaten path). Super friendly and helpful guys in the office, too. Always responded to emails instantly.

Janelle was very helpful. In and out in 30’. Super efficient and friendly.
Unfortunately our trailer, stored at StorQuest got damaged. The company did not offer any help in determining who committed the hit and run. I don’t see the point of a secure lot if stuff like this can happen and no one offers any help. My recommendation is find a cheaper place, there’s no advantage to parking here. It’s crammed, twice people parked in our spot. We were called to move our vehicle while our spot was still occupied by someone else. There’s no real security, no reason to pay extra.

Today I went into the redwood city location and I was greeted by two smiling gentlemen whose names were Jermaine and Tyler. I explain to them what my needs were and they promptly let me know what size units they had available. Jermaine took me on a site tour to the fourth floor which is environmentally controlled. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. After looking at the units available we proceeded back downstairs where Jermaine quickly put together a quote and showed me in writing what the pricing would be. Sold! The paperwork was completed, the first months rent paid and I was out the door. I highly recommend this location because of the professional and friendly customer service I received.
