Matthew was extremely helpful in taking time out of his weekend to call us and answer all of our questions and concerns that no one else has been able to answer for us. A different company did our asbestos testing and left us with more questions than answers. He spent 20 minutes patiently explaining everything to us and putting our minds at ease. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind to take this time and to provide his expert knowledge for free. We were both extremely impressed and will definitely be using these guys in the future if our HOA does determine a spill. Thank you!

Matthew Valdez did an outstanding job by reacting quickly to a tenants mold complaint. He came out on the day that my request was made and provided a very credible report a few days later based on the air tests, physical test strips, and inspection. Tenants are trying to push the landlords with mold complaints to get out of leases and the law requires the landlord to treat the air within 24 hours and define an action plan to fix the problem immediately. I would imagine many landlords are caught off guard so the sleazy tenant’s lawyer can take advantage of these quick turn around requirements. There should be a better way to deal with this. Matt fully supported my situation.

Now an expert legal group that can offer a landlord a quick turn around would be welcome also!
