We are so thankful to this company Jim Apperson is a Leader in this field. I'm so thankful my Husband read the reviews and told me to call Jim Apperson. We now have a brand new Water Heater Heatpump and Heatpump Heater & Air-conditioner Thanks to Jim and his Awesome Crew!! Just had our old-old ceiling insulation removed and reinsulated. I found Apperson from a referral, and I think the owner is the gold standard for good communication. Nice, helpful, reasonable, all things good.

The guys were highly professional and had many years of experience. AND Apperson works with the BayRen rebate program which not all insulators do (when I think about it, he was the only one of the 5 who I spoke to who does!)

We only hired for the insulation, but I wouldn't hesitate for any of the work they provide. Sigh, I just wish they did electric and plumbing (I think they do water heaters and stuff for energy only)! HIGHLY recommend!

Jon was easy to work with, made setting up the process simple. The two guys that showed up to do our attic insulation install were prompt and efficient. We are very happy with the work that we received and would happily recommend them to friends/family or call them for services again in the future.
